These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ACADEMIQ's EdTech Software and Website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use ACADEMIQ if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. License to Use
Unless otherwise stated, ACADEMIQ and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the ACADEMIQ platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from ACADEMIQ for your own school's internal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from ACADEMIQ.
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from ACADEMIQ.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material or code from ACADEMIQ.
3. User Roles and Responsibilities
ACADEMIQ provides role-based access (Super Admin, Admin, Teacher, Student, Parent). The educational institution is exclusively responsible for:
- Authorizing users and maintaining secure access credentials.
- The accuracy, legality, and integrity of data entered into the system.
- Compliance with local educational data protection regulations.
4. Platform Maintenance & Availability
We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime. However, ACADEMIQ may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen server downtimes. We will attempt to notify administrators in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
5. Fee Collection & Gateway
ACADEMIQ provides an integration for online fee collection via third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). ACADEMIQ is not a banking entity and is not responsible for transaction failures, chargebacks, or banking errors. All disputes regarding monetary transactions must be resolved between the parent, the school, and the payment gateway provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ACADEMIQ, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Software whether such liability is under contract. ACADEMIQ shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this platform.
7. Amendments
ACADEMIQ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use the software after such amendments, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
